These terms apply to use of the MartialFlows platform, website, demo requests, contact forms, accounts, and related features. Final review against your actual operations and applicable law is recommended with a qualified professional.

Referral program notice: eligible referrers may earn lifetime commission on paid subscription payments from referred customers while those customers remain active paying subscribers. Diamond 30% commission is limited-time only for early eligible referrers accepted into that tier. Commission percentages, eligibility, tier availability, payout method, and program terms may be changed, paused, or ended by MartialFlows at any time.
1. Service Use
MartialFlows provides website builder, CRM, payment, member management, commerce, attendance, and operations tools for martial arts, fitness, and academy operators.
Users are responsible for keeping account information and workspace permissions secure, and for activity that occurs under their accounts.
2. Accounts and Permissions
Workspace owners may configure staff, locations, permissions, and customer data access levels.
Unauthorized access, use of another person's account, attempts to bypass service security, unauthorized data copying, or misuse are prohibited.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid features, subscriptions, payment processing, and transaction features depend on the selected plan and associated payment terms.
When third-party payment services are used, the provider's terms and fee policies may also apply.
4. Referral Program
Referral commissions may be offered for eligible referred customers who become active paying subscription customers. Unless otherwise stated in writing, eligible referrers may earn lifetime commission on subscription payments made by referred customers for as long as those customers remain active paying subscribers.
The Diamond referral tier may offer a 30% commission for a limited time only and is reserved for early eligible referrers accepted into that tier by MartialFlows or a platform admin.
Referral commission percentages, tier eligibility, payout method, availability, and program terms may be changed, paused, or ended by MartialFlows at any time. Referral rewards are not guaranteed until eligibility, attribution, and payment status are confirmed.
5. Content and Data
Users must hold the necessary rights to logos, images, text, products, programs, and customer information they upload.
MartialFlows processes user content and data as needed to provide, secure, and operate the service.
6. Service Changes and Availability
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable due to improvements, security, maintenance, or legal requirements.
Material changes will be communicated in advance where practical.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided with the goal of stable operation, but errors, interruptions, third-party service issues, and data loss cannot be fully excluded.
Users should regularly review important operational data and legal notices and maintain appropriate backup and review procedures.
